Position: Online Travel Consultant - Japan
Location: 22nd Floor, Smooth Life Tower 44, North Sathorn Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500 (BTS Saladaeng/MRT Lumpini)
Key duties & responsibilities :-
• Provide comprehensive, individually tailored tour programs including price proposals to prospective clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and match up suited products to each and every client.
• Go beyond client’s expectations by offering exceptional travel advice.
• Coordinate with regional offices when prospective clients request multi country itineraries - you will then be required to coordinate either part or the entire part of the program to prospective clients.
• Arrange travel documents to be provided to clients upon arrival.
• Be present and attentive during all training initiated.
• Coordinate clients itinerary reservation requirements in a professional, precise and timely manner
• Maintain a close and professional relationship with all suppliers.
• Be proactive in product choices and work with suppliers to modify programs as needed to meet client’s expectations.
Qualifications :-
• Thai Nationality
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Hotel and Tourism.
• Have excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Have excellent, proven sales experience in online travel is an advantage
• High sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
• Strong organization & computer skills and familiarity in CRM software would be an advantage.
